HemiData releases MD-Journal version 3.0
HemiData, an Internet software and service company, announces the release of release 3.0 of the MD-Journal™ Internet based medical records system.
This new release of MD-Journal provides users with the ability to integrate their patient schedules and their patient records in one system. The integrated system provides a simplified way for clinicians to navigate through their daily work. Medical practices that use the features of this release will quickly begin to realize time savings from the integrated system.
Release 3.0 also provides clinicians with the ability to search their patient records. The search nature of the records allows clinicians to locate patients that meet drug or lab criteria. This search mechanism lets a clinician search the records and no longer requires members of the medical practice to rely on memory alone to locate patients that meet specific criteria.
MD-Journal continues to improve the controlled access to patient records that customers have come to rely upon. Members of the clinical staff each have a user account that identifies the types of information that may be accessed by the associated staff member. This easy to use mechanism allows practice managers to regulate how patient information is used within the practice.
This release continues to build on the foundation of our existing easy to use web based platform. Clinicians continue to indicate that the application can be quickly learned staff members. The application design makes it easy for staff members and temporary help to easily navigate through the systems features.
