Order Processing Policy - Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.
Orders received before 3:00 PM will likely ship the same day. Orders received on Friday may be processed on Monday.

work to make sure that is the case. If you receive an item that is broken or contains a manufacturing defect,
then we will replace the item. We respect the rights of copyright holders. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for
any copyrighted items.
Any refunds issued, will be refunded to the original credit card identified on the purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. You can request an RMA number through our contact page. Please include the order number and describe the problem as best you can. If you would like to speak to a real person, you can call the number listed on the purchase receipt email.
